Privacy Policy

Havelo collects only the information needed to provide scheduling coordination to home health agencies: business contact details, and the operational data an agency shares with its assigned scheduler.

Where our work touches protected health information, we follow HIPAA-aware practices and sign a Business Associate Agreement with the agency at onboarding. Access is limited to the assigned scheduler and the supervisors supporting them.

We do not sell information, and we do not use agency or patient data for advertising. Data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request afterwards.
