Terms of Service

Havelo provides administrative scheduling and coordination support. We do not provide clinical care, clinical judgment, or medical advice, and the agency remains responsible for all care decisions and regulatory compliance.

Engagements run month to month at a flat monthly rate per dedicated scheduler. There is no long-term contract; either party may cancel with notice before the next billing period.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private. Where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement signed at onboarding governs handling of protected health information and takes precedence over these terms.
